Agendas are posted the Friday before each Tuesday Council meeting.  Updates will be posted as "Final Agenda" by 3:00pm on the day of the Council meeting.  Meeting summaries are posted following each meeting.  Minutes will be posted once approved by Council.  Hard copy Agendas can be obtained from the Portage District Library or the Office of the City Clerk.  The City charges $25 for a hard copy Agenda plus $4 for mailing.
