2014 Customer Service Awards
Each year the City of Portage recognizes employee who have delivered superior customer service on a consistent basis or who on a one-time occasion delivered service that was so unique, complicated or where the outcome of service provided is of major significance and far exceeded normal expectations. If you would like to nominate an employee to be recognized you may due so by completing the following nomination form. The nomination deadline is October 3, 2014. Recipients of the Outstanding Customer Service Awards are announced in November.
