City Council Meeting Agendas & Minutes
Please be advised, City Council meetings returned to an in-person format as of July 2021. However, in response to continued COVID-19 precautions and in accordance with the Open Meetings Act, a remote citizen participation option for Regular and Special Meetings remains available via phone. All Monday Pre-Council (preparatory) Meetings are in-person citizen participation only.
For Regular and Special Meetings, the public can participate by calling (844) 854-2222, access code 529853#. Once in the meeting call, the public can voice a question or comment by pressing *6 to enter the call-in queue.
City Council Agendas are posted on the Friday before each regular Tuesday Council meeting. A "Final Agenda" will be posted by 3 p.m. on the day of the regular Council meeting. Meeting minutes are posted once approved by the Council.
Hard copy Agendas can be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk. The City charges $25 for a hard copy Agenda plus $4 for mailing.
City Council Meetings are broadcast live on cable television on Charter Channel 995 and AT&T Channel 99 and are live-streamed.
Scroll down to "My Subscriptions" to sign up to receive a notification when a new City Council agenda or other documents (notices, minutes, revisions) is published.
The consent agenda groups the routine, procedural, informational and self-explanatory, non-controversial items typically found in an agenda. These items are then presented to the City Council in a single motion for a vote, after allowing anyone to request that a specific item be removed from the consent agenda and moved to the full agenda for individual attention. Other items, particularly those requiring strategic thought, decision-making or action, are handled individually.
