    The Portage Farmers Market opens June 7 and will run through October 25, every Sunday from 10 AM – 2 PM. Browse local vendors offering fresh produce, meat, eggs, fruits, baked goods, flowers, crafts, gifts, while enjoying music from local performers, and more!   2. Adult Pickleball Leagues - Session 2 Registration

    June 8, 2020 - July 3, 2020

    Nothing says Portage Summer like playing pickleball. Leagues will be offered on Tuesdays (competitive), Wednesdays (intermediate) and Thursdays (recreational) from 6 to 7:30 PM at Ramona Park (8600 South Sprinkle Road) and Lakeview Park (9345 Portage Road). Two six-week sessions are offered over the summer for each league. There is something for every skill level. Space is limited. To register, visit mypark.portagemi.gov and click on the purple Recreation Activities & Facility Rentals button. Don’t know which division fits your skill level?   3. Bike-opoly

    June 14, 2020, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM @ Celery Flats

    Test your bike safety knowledge with a game-board style interactive trail! Bike from Celery Flats towards the Milham entrance and stop at our hands-on bike “safety avenues.” Participate in a quick activity, collect your “Bike Bucks” and move on to the next space on the game board. At the end, hand in your “Bike Bucks” for an award! This program is a drop-in with the last participants starting at 3:45 PM. *”Bike Bucks” have no cash value.
