    Summer is the time to try new things! We have a great opportunity for your little ones, ages 4-5 & 6-7, to have a hands-on experience with sports activities. For six weeks, children will experience a new and different sport through fun drills and games each week! In addition to practicing the basics of each sport, kids will learn sportsmanship, teamwork and to try, try again!   3. Adult Fall Softball - Co-Ed & Men's

    June 28, 2021 - July 24, 2021

    Join us for a seven-week fall softball season, Mondays through Thursdays beginning the week of August 9. A minimum of 4 teams are needed to run a division. Game duration will be 60 minutes and have earlier start times beginning in September to adjust for the diminishing sunlight. Registration opens on June 28 with a registration deadline of July 24.   4. Brooks Archery Class - Beginner

    Learn how to properly shoot a bow and arrow with the help of Ted Brooks Archery for ages 9 to 17! Bows and arrows will be provided for those who do not have their own. Space is limited, so do not wait to sign up! The registration deadline for this camp is June 30.   5. Swim Lessons

    July 12, 2021, 10:00 AM - July 28, 2021, 12:00 PM @ Ramona Park & Beach

    Beginner Level is for new, inexperienced swimmers. We will introduce basic aquatic skills such as floating, gliding, bobbing and breath control, kicking and stroke basics. Certified instructors use fun activities and games to make the water an enjoyable place and to help children gain confidence in and around the water. Participants will also learn basic water safety. Intermediate Level builds off of the skills taught in the Beginner Level by increasing endurance. The skills learned from Beginner Level will be fine-tuned so participants can perform them independently. Rotary breathing is introduced and survival skills (floating and treading water) are progressed. Participants will also learn basic water safety. The registration deadline is one week prior to the start of each session.

  6. School of Fish Day Camp - Cool Casters

    Day campers will experience all the joys and benefits associated with fishing and environmental conservation. During this unique adventure, youth will have the opportunity to explore the outdoors and learn skills necessary to start their own fishing memories. Professional instruction and guidance is provided as youth participate in many hands on activities, and of course... GO FISHING! The registration fee includes a fishing rod.
