The Technology Services Department provides centralized Information Technology (IT) services to all units of city government as well as city-affiliated agencies, organizations, and individuals as needed. The department plays an important role in planning, developing, and maintaining critical IT network, application, and specialty services. Each year, the Director prepares the annual Technology Plan, which works to provide external value to citizens, enhance internal efficiency and reduce operational costs.
