InternshipThe City of Portage Municipal Internship Program introduces a diverse group of students from various academic majors and backgrounds to the public sector and helps to prepare students for the professional workplace. Internships with the City of Portage are most often unpaid opportunities.  However, every year, a few paid internships become available. Internships through the City of Portage are designed to provide students with hands-on experience and training that coincides with academic studies and previous work experience.
