Food Assistance Programs at Portage Farmers Market
Many vendors at Portage Farmers Market participate in food assistance programs to help make healthy, high-quality, locally produced foods more accessible to our wider community.
The following programs are offered through the Portage Farmers Market. If you are interested in participating in either of these programs, please click the link below, fill out the application, and return it to the Market Manager or email it to FarmMkt@portagemi.gov.
The Portage Farmers Market also encourages vendors to participate in the following programs, which vendors sign up for independently:

- WIC - Please visit the WIC website for more information and to register for this program.

When you’re filling out your Vendor Application, you’ll have the opportunity to select which food assistance programs you want to participate in, and the Farmers Market Manager will follow up with more information.
