The City of Portage invites interested contractors to submit sealed bids for the provision of construction services for the projects below. Each project (“lot”) will be a separate contract managed by different engineering firms.
- Lot #1 - Lexington Green Park Renovation Project to include the updating of the west side of the park for passive and active recreation opportunities.
- Lot #2 - Lakeview Park Improvements – Phase 1. This is the first of a four-phase planned renovation to include updating aging facilities and construction of new amenities. EGLE and Drain Commission permitting is in process for the project.
- Lot #3 - East Central Trail which is to be a ten-foot-wide non-motorized asphalt trail extending 1.0 miles between Lover’s Lane and Portage Road.
The City of Portage may choose to award each lot in this bid document to different contractors. Bidders may choose to submit a bid for one, two, or three lots. Bid documents and details are contained in the BidNet website and must be submitted at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/mitn/cityofportage.
