At its regular meeting of April 9, 2019, the Portage City Council received the proposed Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Budget. City Council budget review sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, April 16 and Tuesday, April 30 at 5 PM on each of the dates in Conference Room #1 of Portage City Hall (7900 South Westnedge Avenue). The budget review schedule has been developed to permit review of all budget aspects.
A public hearing on the proposed budget will be held during the May 7, 2019 regular meeting of City Council, with formal adoption scheduled for May 21, 2019. The review sessions, public hearing and other Council meetings will provide ample opportunity for City Council analysis and public comment.
