The City of Portage joins Allen Edwin Homes to invite members of the media to attend a ceremonial groundbreaking for Oakland Commons and Creekside Commons. Elected officials, City of Portage representatives, and project developers will take part in the ceremonial first dig for Oakland Commons & Creekside Commons.
These projects represent a total of 104 housing units with a combined investment of more than $35 million. These developments are designed to help meet the city's urgent need for affordable housing, with 20% of the units reserved for workforce housing. The initiative supports the Portage City Council’s ongoing goal to increase housing availability and affordability.
