On Saturday, February 1, 2020, from 12 to 3 PM, enjoy time with your family and friends, all while delighting in the Michigan winter! The event will be held at Oakland Drive Park (7650 Oakland Drive) in Portage and is FREE to attend. All ages are welcome.
Even without snow, the cardboard sled design contest will go on! Build, decorate and bring your own cardboard sled and show us your craziest designs! Other activities include a scavenger hunt, face painting, sidewalk Pictionary and outdoor games! Enjoy a bonfire, with refreshments available for purchase from Coffee Rescue. Prizes will be awarded for top cardboard sled designs and scavenger hunt winners. The cardboard sled contest begins at 1 PM, with other activities ongoing throughout the day.
The Annual Snow Party is hosted by the Portage Youth Advisory Committee and co-sponsored by Kwong Orthodontics and Chuandi Wang, Pediatric Dentistry.
