Good morning, Portage 
We’re back…and better than ever! All the entries are in and now it is time to experience the HORROR of the season. Each home in the contest is included on the interactive map at https://arcg.is/1P4P1P1, in no specific order. After judging (from a top-secret judge), the first-place, second-place, and third-place winners will be selected and announced on Facebook on Tuesday, October 31. The winners will also be awarded a special certificate and prize, in person, at the November 1, 2023, Portage City Council Meeting at 7 PM.
