The event will feature live music, games, face painting, activities and giveaways.  Meet other individuals committed to promoting environmentally-friendly action in Portage.  Numerous representatives from local organizations and businesses will be on hand to provide education about environmental ideas that can be utilized at home or work.  Prizes include 300 seedlings of Eastern Redbud, White Flowering Dogwood and Red Chokeberry.  Food and drink vendors will be on hand for refreshments.

Environmentally-focused exhibitors include Better World Builders, Aligned Care Chiropractic, Lake Village Homestead, Kalamazoo Conservation District, Citizens' Climate Lobby, Kalamazoo County Substance Abuse Task Force, Kalamazoo County Household Hazardous Waste Center, Gordon Water Systems, Kalamazoo Section of the American Chemical Society, Norwex, Portage Central High School Gardening Club and others.
