City of Portage offices will be opened to the public beginning Monday, June 15 - with limited hours and by appointment only. Residents are asked to use the 24-hour drop box at City Hall to make a bill payment or submit an application for an absentee ballot. In addition, conducting city business online whenever possible is still requested - portagemi.gov.

Appointments will be made on the hour and half-hour between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Visitors in city buildings are required to wear a mask and practice good hygiene and social distancing rules while in city buildings.
