Boil Water Advisory (5645 - 5503 South Sprinkle Road, Southwest Section of Colonial Acres- 5347 E. Deadwood Drive)
On Saturday, April 23, a water main break occurred at the intersection of South Sprinkle Road and Winthrop Drive. It became necessary to depressurize a section of water main to complete the repair. Affected customers in the area are advised to boil their tap water for a minimum of one minute prior to use for drinking, brushing teeth or cooking.
This is a precautionary measure and all means of flushing and collecting bacteriological samples from the water main before the advisory is lifted will be followed. A news release will follow once the advisory is over.
