‘Tis the season … to decorate your home! Are you ready to get into the holiday spirit? Enter your holiday-themed house in our “Decked-out Home” Holiday Decorating Contest sponsored by Consumers Energy. Just upload a photo (no video) of your “decked-out home” in the comments of this FACEBOOK POST by Thursday, December 15 at 3 PM EST to enter. Judging will take place from Friday, December 16 through Friday, December 22 by a special, top-secret judge. The winning home will be announced on Facebook on December 23, 2022, and awarded a special certificate in person at the January 10, 2023, Portage City Council Meeting at 7 PM. Thanks to our sponsor Consumers Energy, the following CASH prizes will be awarded:

CONTEST RULES
- Entries must be submitted by the homeowner in the comment section of this “Decked-out Home” Holiday Decorating Contest Facebook post by 3 PM on December 15. A Portage, Michigan address must be in included in the submission.
- Participating houses must be in the Portage city limits (49002 or 49024 zip codes).
- You must be 18 years or older to enter.
- Participation is FREE and open to the public.
- Only one entry per address. You must live at the address to enter.
- You must have Internet access and a valid Facebook account to participate.
- The certificate holds no cash value.
